At Camarillo Yoga, our students range in age from 5 weeks to 95 years, and come in all sizes, shapes and levels of physical conditioning. Yoga is not only for flexible young women! Far from an anonymous workout facility, our friendly teachers and students welcome newcomers to the practice of yoga, which has been a gift in all of our lives. We provide yoga classes & workshops for adult yoga beginners, intermediates and strong “power yoga” practitioners, but also Restorative Yoga & Meditation for deep relaxation and stress relief. We include the whole family in our schedule: Pre-Natal Yoga classes with a Certified Childbirth Educator; Baby Yoga and Infant Massage; Family Yoga for kids and parents; Ultra Gentle Yoga for seniors and those with physical challenges, and Private Lessons for those who require one-on-one attention. We even have a DVD for home practice: “Easy Yoga Stretches for Home, Office & Travel.”
